Mandatory Gear and Attire: Leather MMA Gloves, Long Sweatpants, Krav Maga Tshirt, Running Shoes. (Available at the Academy)

Notes:

1. Beginners and first-timers can attend any LEVEL1 training, COMBAT CONDITIONING, and ALL LEVELS classes.
2. FRIDAY IN JEANS – Is open for all students and involves practicing techniques in casual clothes / non-sportive attire.
3. Sparring Classes are open only after 30 hours of Krav Maga Training and require a trainer’s approval and the appropriate safety gear.
4. MMA – Open for full time members. Mixed Martial Arts classes taught by professional M1 MMA fighter. Combination of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muai Thai, Boxing and Wrestling.

First Class price is for first time participants only and may not be combined with any other special or offer. A strict 24hr cancellation policy is enforced on all RSVP’s for none full time members.
Students should arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins to set up. Late comers will not be allowed in the class.
